The refurbishment of a 4 story Georgian townhouse located within the Royal Borough of Chelsea and Kensington. Fairfield were commissioned to designed and install the public health services.
To compliment the interior design concept, all heating controls were hidden from view using concealed sensors to control the environment. The controls system incorporated a network system that could be accessed via any outstation – phone, tablet or PC.
With space at a premium, Fairfield devised a design for the plant room to be installed within a small unused area within the front underground vaults of the property.
This property benefitted from a large outdoor space, hence allowing the construction of a garden room to the rear. Fairfield designed and implemented an interconnecting pre insulated and waterproofed system to allow pipework to run under the lawn to service the garden room at the rear with underfloor heating and water services.
